摘要:研究了优化工艺条件下甲苯-2,4-二异氰酸酯(TDI)与苎麻纤维和纱线接枝改性后的密度及力学性能,并用红外光谱仪和X射线衍射仪对接枝前后纤维的结构和晶型进行了表征.结果表明:碱处理和TDI接枝改性后,苎麻纤维和纱线的密度增大;抗拉强度明显降低,其中苎麻纤维碱处理后抗拉强度下降26.29%,接枝后下降29.13%(有超声)和22.67%(无超声);苎麻纱线碱处理后抗拉强度下降39.04%,接枝后下降35.51%.
